Royal Rose Radicchio
I built this site from the ground up for Royal Rose, an agriculture company focused entirely on growing radicchio. The goal was straightforward: replace an outdated, broken website with something clean, modern, and reliable that reflects the quality of their product without getting in its own way.
I handled the project end to end, from design decisions and content structure to frontend and backend development. That included choosing the CMS, shaping the page layouts, dialing in performance and accessibility, setting up SEO, and deploying the site in a way that’s easy to maintain long term. I also took care of the visual details, color palette, typography, and image selection, to keep the focus on the product and the story.
The site is intentionally simple and content-driven, with a small set of pages that explain what Royal Rose grows and why it matters. Recipes and notes are managed through a headless CMS so the client can publish new content without touching the code, while the frontend stays fast and responsive.
Built with Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and a Strapi backend.
